Game Project “Narcissus”
This was never fully functional but it was a cool concept– It was based on the question, can you form your own identity, or are you just a product of your surroundings? (Named Narcissus because you see yourself in the world around you just like staring in a mirror) In the game, you wake up alone in the world, not knowing who you are, and by interacting with clues and possessing various objects, your idea of who you are changes based on various stereotypical traits (young, old, male, female, other political and social statuses). Ultimately, it’s an interesting art project, but it makes a terrible game because the “puzzles” you solve are just too bizarre and ethereal.
